Who writes it

Alexandru Vieru, editor. I read clinics' own live pages, record what they publish about price and terms, and score them against a published rubric.

I am not a clinician and this site does not employ one. There is no medical reviewer credited anywhere on it, because inventing one would be the single easiest way to look more authoritative than we are. Where a claim needs clinical authority, it is sourced to a named institution rather than to us.

How it makes money

Affiliate commission. Some clinics pay us if you sign up after clicking through. Those links are marked on the page, and the affiliate disclosure explains what that does and does not change.

What it does not change is any score or any ranking position. Commission is not an input to the rubric. It decides which clinic a promoted button points at, which is a separate thing, disclosed where it happens.

Where it stands today

No clinic is ranked yet. The method was published first, deliberately, so it can be judged before it produces any result. Clinics are added one at a time as each one's price and terms are verified — not in a batch.

What this site will not do

• Publish a price it has not read on the clinic's own live pages.
• Credit a medical reviewer who does not exist.
• Let a commission change a score, a rank, or the order of the table.
• Present a discounted campaign price as the public one.
• Quietly fix a mistake. Corrections are dated and kept.
