What “verified” means

That a figure was read on the clinic's own live page, on the date shown next to it, following the procedure on how we verify prices. It does not mean a press release said so, another review site said so, or the clinic told us so.

A price we could not re-confirm is marked unconfirmed rather than silently left standing, and the old figure stays visible with its original date so you can see how stale it is.

Where figures come from

• Price and terms: the clinic's own pages, with the date read.
• Regulatory records: the issuing body directly — the FDA's own warning-letter database, a state board, a court filing. Never a summary of one.
• Review scores: the review platform's own profile, opened directly, with the domain checked against the clinic's. A rating a clinic displays about itself is recorded as a claim, not as evidence.

When a score changes

When the evidence changes, and the change is recorded with its reason. A score is a claim about evidence, so it moves when the evidence moves — not to fit a target and not because a partnership started or ended.

Corrections and retractions

A published error is corrected in place, dated, and kept rather than deleted. Where a claim turns out to be unsupportable it is retracted explicitly, including when the original source has simply become unreachable — an unverifiable claim does not get to stand just because it once passed.

Independence

No clinic reviews its own entry before publication, buys a position, or has any right of approval over what appears here. Where a clinic is a paying partner, that is disclosed on its page. Commission never enters the rubric.

Not medical advice

This site reports what clinics charge and disclose. It does not tell you whether treatment is right for you, and it has no clinician on staff to do so. That conversation belongs with a licensed prescriber.
