Watch out for
Eli Lilly sued MangoRx's parent company, Mangoceuticals, on October 31, 2024 over its advertising of compounded oral tirzepatide tablets sold as TRIM. That case is settled. Mangoceuticals' quarterly report to the SEC for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 says the two companies signed a settlement on June 23, 2025: Mangoceuticals paid Lilly $20,000 and agreed "to refrain from marketing and selling its Tirzepatide based 'TRIM' products on its MangoRx.com website in the future", and "the dispute has been settled in full." On October 26, 2026 mangorx.com listed one weight-loss product, Slim (compounded oral semaglutide), and no tirzepatide.
