Our reading of the record

LevelsRx publishes full Terms, names its four partner pharmacies with addresses and shows three clinicians on its homepage, but its independent record is thin and weak. Trustpilot reads 2.4 across 10 reviews and the company has not replied to negative ones (read 6 November 2026), and the BBB has no profile for it (searched 6 November 2026). The treating medical group is named differently in its Terms and in its assessment. We found no FDA warning letter naming LevelsRx, HealthPrime, Usable Health or OpenLoop (searched fda.gov on 6 November 2026).

The checkable facts

  • Legal entity: LevelsRx, a platform operated by HealthPrime Holding LLC, with medical services from independent practices
  • Published price: $129 first month (later months not stated) $129 is a first-month welcome offer on the homepage (semaglutide; tirzepatide from $169), shown against a crossed-out $249. LevelsRx does not state what month two costs, and its own articles describe $129 as a starting monthly price rather than a first-month offer. Ask for the renewal amount before paying. Read 6 November 2026.
  • Our score: 6.28 / 10. Ranked #44 of 54

What we found

  • The ongoing rate is not published: LevelsRx publishes a first-month price and not the one after it. Homepage, FAQ, Terms (billing and promotions sections) and the three articles read; no page gives the monthly amount after the first month. The assessment shows the offer price on its first screens; the checkout was not entered. So what you pay from month two is unknown before you sign up.

Third-party records

Better Business Bureau

No BBB profile found for LevelsRx (checked 2026-11-06).

BBB search we ran

A BBB rating is a third party's record of how a business handles complaints. It does not change which clinics we link to.

What this page is not

This is a record, not a verdict on whether you should buy. We read public sources (the clinic’s own pages, regulatory databases and third-party records) and write down what they say, with dates. We have not audited LevelsRx’s clinical practice, and nothing here is medical advice.

Findings are derived from data, not written by hand into this page, so they stay in step with the full findings list and with the LevelsRx review.
