Is TrimRx legit?

TrimRx is a working service with thousands of customer reviews, but the BBB rates it F and Trustpilot reviewers report payment and renewal problems. Its own pages give three different prices, so check the checkout total first.

Our reading of the record

TrimRx has a BBB listing and a claimed Trustpilot profile, but the BBB rates it F and it is not accredited (read 6 November 2026). Trustpilot reads 3.4 across 4,934 reviews, and its summary of recent reviews says customers most often report problems with payments and subscription renewals. Its homepage, its Terms and its FAQ also publish three different price sets, so confirm the total before you start. We found no FDA warning letter naming TrimRx (searched fda.gov on 6 November 2026).

The checkable facts

  • Legal entity: TrimRx (trimrx.com), listed by the BBB in San Diego, California
  • Published price: $299 per follow-up package after a $199 first month (billing period not stated) $299 is the follow-up price in TrimRx's own Terms, after a $199 first month. The homepage says "Starting at $179" with no period or plan attached, and that figure does not appear in the Terms. Compounded tirzepatide is $349 for the first month, then $399.
  • Our score: 5.45 / 10. Ranked #53 of 54

What we found

Nothing beyond what is on the review page. That is itself the answer. We publish a page like this only where there is something documented to say.

Third-party records

Better Business Bureau

F rating · not BBB accredited (checked 2026-11-06).

BBB profile

A BBB rating is a third party's record of how a business handles complaints. It does not change which clinics we link to.

What this page is not

This is a record, not a verdict on whether you should buy. We read public sources (the clinic’s own pages, regulatory databases and third-party records) and write down what they say, with dates. We have not audited TrimRx’s clinical practice, and nothing here is medical advice.

Findings are derived from data, not written by hand into this page, so they stay in step with the full findings list and with the TrimRx review.
