TrimRx review
One package with consultation, medication and shipping, but TrimRx publishes three price sets that do not agree: $179 on the homepage, and $199 then $299 in its own Terms.
Scored 5.5/10 · ranked #47 of 47 · from $299/mo · Verified 2026-10-01
What that price doesn’t say: $299 is the follow-up price in TrimRx's own Terms, after a $199 first month. The homepage says "Starting at $179" with no period or plan attached, and that figure does not appear in the Terms. Compounded tirzepatide is $349 for the first month, then $399. What the score rests on
Classified as first-month-rises. See how we classify every clinic's price →
| Criterion | Weight | Score | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price & value | 25% weight | 5.5 | $299 a month after a $199 first month is at the top of the all-inclusive group, level with the most expensive clinic in it. The price is stated not to change with dose. |
| Clinical oversight | 30% weight | 6.0 | Care comes from third-party networks of US-licensed clinicians, none named, and a compounding pharmacy that is not named. A clinician reviews your answers and a call is arranged only if needed. Common side effects are listed in the FAQ. |
| Treatment options | 20% weight | 7.0 | Compounded GLP-1 and compounded tirzepatide, plus Ozempic and Zepbound packages in the Terms. No oral forms are listed. |
| Transparency & trust | 25% weight | 3.5 | Three price sets that do not agree, a footer that contradicts the Terms on branded drugs, a testimonial dated in the future and a rating with no platform named. No legal entity type is published. |
4 of 4 criteria have a written source.
Watch out for
(1) THE PRICES DISAGREE. The homepage shows "Starting at $179" for GLP-1 and $259 for GLP-1 + GIP, with no period or plan. The Terms price the same products at $199 for the first month, then $299, and $349, then $399. The homepage also says "No surprises. No price hikes.", which sits badly with a first month that steps up. (2) BRANDED DRUGS, BOTH WAYS. The footer says TrimRx does not sell, dispense or ship branded medications; the Terms sell Ozempic and Zepbound packages that include the medication and shipping. (3) NOBODY IS NAMED. Care comes from "third party networks of U.S.-licensed clinicians" and the pharmacy is "a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy"; neither is named, and no legal entity type (Inc. or LLC) is published. (4) A REVIEW DATED IN THE FUTURE. A testimonial on the homepage reads "Date of review: Dec 20, 2026" (read 2026-10-01), and the 4.7 rating names no platform.
