GobyMeds review

Prepaid 3-month bundles from $99/mo that never auto-renew, but the price climbs with dose and a $50 fee applies if you cancel after review despite "free consultations".

Scored 6.3/10 · ranked #39 of 47 · from $99/mo on a 3-month bundle, $299 paid once · Verified 2026-10-01

What that price doesn’t say: $99/mo is the 3-month semaglutide bundle at $299, paid once. The bundle price rises with dose, to $399 and then $499 for 3 months, and a single month is $169. Tirzepatide starts at $399 for 3 months. Nothing renews automatically; each refill is a new order. Price read 2026-10-01.

Price & value25% weight7.5$99 a month on a 3-month bundle is low for a short term, but it covers only the lowest doses; the higher dose tiers work out to about $133 and $166 a month.
Clinical oversight30% weight6.0The medical groups are named (Beluga Health, P.A. and CareValidate), and side effects with a start-low approach are described. No clinician or pharmacy is named, and no follow-up schedule is published.
Treatment options20% weight7.0Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with Zepbound and Wegovy listed as options but not priced. No oral forms.
Transparency & trust25% weight5.0Semaglutide dose tiers are published and the Terms state that nothing renews. Marked down for a $50 fee behind "free consultations", brand-name options with no price, and results figures with no source.

4 of 4 criteria have a written source.

Transparency is capped at 5.0. On its compounded semaglutide page, GobyMeds says “Semaglutide has demonstrated the ability to reduce body mass by up to 15%.” and “68 week clinical trial of weekly Semaglutide injection with 1,961 participants.” The product is compounded, and the same page does not say it is not FDA-approved. FDA's March 2026 warning letters to telehealth companies cited claims implying sameness with FDA-approved drugs. We apply this cap to every clinic, partner or not. Watch out for

(1) THE PRICE CLIMBS WITH DOSE. The $299 three-month semaglutide bundle covers .2 to .4 mg; .6 to 1.5 mg is $399 and 1.9 to 2.3 mg is $499, on a page headed "No confusing tiers". Tirzepatide dose prices are not published. (2) "FREE CONSULTATIONS" AND A $50 FEE. The homepage says "Free Consultations & Free Shipping"; the Terms allow a $50 clinical-review fee if you cancel after a clinician has reviewed your order. (3) BRAND-NAME TABS WITHOUT PRICES. Zepbound and Wegovy appear as options with no price. (4) UNSOURCED RESULTS. "18% Average weight loss", "93% Kept the weight off" and "75,000+ PATIENTS" carry no source or method. (5) No clinician or pharmacy is named. (Sources: gobymeds.com, /getting-started/pricing, /legal/terms-of-service, /legal/telemedicine-statement, /legal/promotions, read 2026-10-01.
