Ivím Health review
Employed, named obesity specialists and weekly check-ins, but the $75/mo medication price carries a $74.99 program fee and a 6-month program you cannot cancel once it starts.
Scored 6.5/10 · ranked #33 of 47 · from $149.99/mo combined: $75 medication plus a $74.99 program fee, on a 6-month program · Unconfirmed since 2026-10-01
What that price doesn’t say: This is two charges added together: compounded semaglutide at $75/mo on a 6-month program, plus a $74.99/mo program fee. Tirzepatide is $133/mo plus the same fee. Prices for the shorter 1, 2 and 4-month programs are not published, and the program cannot be cancelled once it starts. Price read 2026-10-01.

Short answer
The advertised $74.99/mo is the membership fee alone. Medication is billed separately from $75/mo, so a realistic starting total is closer to $149.99/mo on a 6-month program.
What the score rests on
Classified as not-verified. See how we classify every clinic's price →
| Criterion | Weight | Score | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price & value | 25% weight | 5.5 | About $150 a month combined looks low, but it requires a 6-month program that cannot be cancelled once started, and the shorter programs are not priced. |
| Clinical oversight | 30% weight | 8.0 | Clinicians are employed rather than contracted and are named with credentials. Weekly check-ins with dose adjustments, a required clinical check-in every 56 days, and side effects listed on the program page. The pharmacy is not named. |
| Treatment options | 20% weight | 8.0 | Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus brand-name Zepbound and Wegovy through a separate program, and the Wegovy Pill. Brand-name prices are not published. |
| Transparency & trust | 25% weight | 4.5 | The legal entity and address are published, but three pages give three answers on cancellation, two people are listed as chief medical officer, and the price asterisk leads to a study footnote rather than to price conditions. |
4 of 4 criteria have a written source.
Watch out for
(1) THE FEE ON TOP. "$75/mo" for compounded semaglutide is the medication; a "$74.99/mo Program Fee" is added, so the monthly total is about $150, on a 6-month program. (2) NO WAY OUT ONCE STARTED. The GLP-1 page says "cancellation is not available once your program has started"; the Terms describe a refund of unshipped medication less a $100 or $50 restocking fee per unused portion; the refund page says medication is non-refundable "regardless of usage, program duration, or cancellation of membership". Three answers to one question. (3) TWO CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICERS. The providers page lists Dr. Taylor Kantor as co-founder and chief medical officer and Dr. Jessica Duncan as chief medical officer; the about page calls Dr. Kantor chief innovation officer. (4) "Rated 4.9 | 39K+ Reviews" names no platform. (Sources: ivimhealth.com, /glp1idwt, /about-us, /providers, /refund_returns, /terms-and-conditions, read 2026-10-01. No intake was completed.)
