LLttlreview

Publishes every plan length for both molecules with the amount billed, from $89/mo on a 12-month plan or $99 month to month, and names its four partner pharmacies. Its trust claims do not match the record: the site shows 4.5 stars from 125,000+ members while its Trustpilot profile has 12 reviews.

Scored 7.0/10 · ranked #25 of 49 · from $89/mo on a 12-month plan, $1,068 billed annually ($99 month to month) · Verified 2026-10-27Pick

What that price doesn’t say: $89/mo needs the 12-month plan, billed as $1,068 for the year. The 6-month plan is $93/mo, the 3-month $96/mo and month to month $99, the same at every dose. Tirzepatide runs $139 to $149/mo on the same terms. The site banner promising up to $140 off the first month does not apply to these plans: no code is added at checkout, so the price shown is the price charged. Price read 2026-10-27.

What the score rests on

Classified as one-ongoing-rate. See how we classify every clinic's price →

CriterionWeightScoreWhat it rests on
Price & value25% weight8.0$89 a month on the 12-month plan (billed as $1,068 for the year), $93 on 6 months, $96 on 3 months and $99 month to month, the same at every dose. The month-to-month price is as low as other clinics' 12-month rates here. The site's first-month discount banner does not apply to these plans, so the price shown is what is charged.
Clinical oversight30% weight7.0Its Terms name four partner pharmacies with addresses, and unlimited messaging with the care team is included. Marked down because the prescribing clinicians are not named, the page headed "Meet the doctors behind your care" lists a pharmacist, a nurse practitioner and a physical therapist with no physician, lab work is not mentioned, and the delivery times on the sales pages are shorter than on the shipping policy.
Treatment options20% weight8.0Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, plus a lower-dose line of both and a needle-free dissolving semaglutide tablet. No brand-name product is sold on the site.
Transparency & trust25% weight5.0Every price, the operating company and the partner pharmacies are published. Marked down because the site's own trust claims do not match the record: it shows 4.5 stars from 125,000+ members while its Trustpilot profile has 12 reviews, it shows 12-month patient results for a site that archived copies show as a placeholder in March 2026, its "physicians" section lists no physician, and its first-month discount banner does not apply to the weight-loss plans. Its Terms and its pricing page also disagree on refunds when a provider declines to prescribe, and the Terms say it serves all 50 states while its intake offers Louisiana residents only brand-name drugs.

4 of 4 criteria have a written source.

Watch out for

(1) TRUST CLAIMS THE RECORD DOES NOT SUPPORT. Lttl's pages show "4.5★ from 125,000+ Members" and "Excellent TrustPilot 125,000+ happy customers"; its claimed Trustpilot profile read 4.2 across 12 reviews on 27 October 2026, the oldest from July 2026. Archived copies show lttl.com as a logo-only page in February and March 2026, yet its product pages show "Verified Lttl patient" results over 10 to 12 months. The "Meet the doctors behind your care" section says "Our licensed physicians" and lists a pharmacist, a nurse practitioner and a physical therapist, who are an advisory board, not your prescriber; the prescribing clinicians are not named. (2) THE BANNER. "Up to $140 off your first month, code auto-applied" does not apply to the semaglutide or tirzepatide plans. (3) REFUNDS AND RENEWAL. Prescription orders are non-refundable once the intake is submitted, refund requests must be made in writing within 28 days, cancellation is by email to hello@lttl.com, and the 12-month plan is billed as $1,068 up front and renews until cancelled; the renewal cutoff is shown only at checkout. The Terms promise a full refund if a provider finds you ineligible, while the Insurance & Pricing page says consultation fees may not be refunded if a provider declines. (4) LOUISIANA. The Terms say "all 50 states plus Washington D.C." and the landing page says its GLP-1 programs are "available in all 50 states", but the intake offers Louisiana residents only brand-name drugs, none of the compounded plans priced here.

Questions to ask Lttl at intake

Each one is here because Lttl’s pages left it open when we read them.

  1. Do I need lab work before starting, and what does it cost? Its pages don't say whether labs are needed or what they cost.
  2. What will I pay each month after the introductory price ends? Lttl advertises a first-period price that differs from its ongoing rate.
  3. Is the longer plan charged up front, and can I switch to month-to-month later? At least one of its plans is billed for several months at once.
  4. Does my price change when my dose goes up? Its plan prices don't say whether they hold at higher doses.
