Watch out for
(1) TWO BILLS. The $79/mo membership does not include medication; medication is priced by dose and billed on top, from $60/mo for compounded semaglutide. The Patient Agreement says the opposite, that prescription costs are included in your monthly subscription fee. (2) THE PRICING PAGE IS A 404. Membership terms appear only in the FAQ, while a site-wide banner offers the first month free "Limited time only". (3) CANCELLING. Email is "NOT an acceptable way to request to cancel": only the in-account button or a phone call counts, and there are no refunds for partially used periods. (4) The medication fee is "subject to change" at each refill, and a missed visit can cost up to $75. (5) Testimonials are paid, which Mochi discloses.
