What that price doesn’t say: $159/mo is the semaglutide rate; tirzepatide is $239/mo. The $149/mo quoted for Foundayo (oral orforglipron) is the misleading one. It excludes a $125/mo Shed membership and provider fee paid directly to Shed, so that route is $274/mo all in, the most expensive option here rather than the cheapest. Price read 2026-09-14.

FDA warning letter against a named pharmacy. Not against Shed
Shed names its partner pharmacies in its own Terms of Service. One of them holds an FDA warning letter, none of which has been closed out. This is a fact about the pharmacy that fills the prescription, not a finding against Shed, and it does not change Shed's score.

one of the six pharmacies Shed lists in section 38 of its Terms, at the address Shed publishes (221 Gale Lane, Kennett Square, PA 19348). This is the facility FDA inspected. Shed does not say which of its pharmacies fills a given order. Issued by Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). Subject: Compounding Pharmacy/Adulterated Drug Products. Posted 2026-02-10. No closeout letter posted.
Following an inspection of the Kennett Square facility from May 12 to June 9, 2025, FDA states that drug products intended to be sterile were "prepared, packed, or held under insanitary conditions, whereby they may have become contaminated with filth or rendered injurious to health" (inadequate smoke studies in the ISO 5 area among the examples), that the firm "released and distributed drug products that failed sterility testing", naming a Tirzepatide 17mg/mL / Glycine / Methylcobalamin injection lot, and that a Semaglutide 2.5mg/mL injection lot tested at 79.9% of its labeled strength and Tirzepatide 10mg/mL injection lots at 86.8% and 89.1%. FDA notes a voluntary recall of out-of-specification lots on July 9, 2025, and that Boothwyn stopped making sterile GLP-1 products and told FDA on August 20, 2025 that it intended to resume.
