Zealthy review

Membership with a coach and insurance help for brand-name drugs, but two charges that add up to the highest combined monthly price we track, and terms that say medication sales are final.

Scored 6.0/10 · ranked #42 of 47 · from $286/mo combined: $135 membership plus semaglutide from $151 when bought as a 3-month supply · Verified 2026-10-01

What that price doesn’t say: This is two charges added together: a $135/mo membership plus compounded semaglutide from $151/mo when bought as a 3-month supply ($216 for tirzepatide). The first membership month is $49. The pricing page does not say whether $151 already includes the membership. Price read 2026-10-01.

Short answer

The advertised $135/mo is the membership fee alone. Medication is billed separately from $151/mo, so a realistic starting total is closer to $286/mo, membership plus medication.

CriterionWeightScoreWhat it rests on
Price & value25% weight5.0About $286 a month combined, and only with a 3-month medication purchase. That is the highest combined price among the membership clinics we rank, and the Terms allow a markup on medication.
Clinical oversight30% weight6.5The medical groups are named in the Terms. Membership includes unlimited messaging with your provider and a dedicated coach, though Zealthy says not all coaches are licensed dietitians. No clinician or pharmacy is named.
Treatment options20% weight8.0Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus brand-name Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic and Mounjaro through insurance coordination. No oral forms are listed.
Transparency & trust25% weight5.0The policy page is clear that medication is billed separately, but the pricing page gives two sizes for the same discount, does not say whether its medication price includes the membership, and a markup is disclosed only in the Terms.

4 of 4 criteria have a written source.

Transparency is capped at 5.0. On its weight-loss FAQ, Zealthy answers “Is Semaglutide the same as Wegovy and Ozempic?” with “Semaglutide is the active ingredient in FDA-approved medications like Wegovy and Ozempic, and it can be a more affordable option for some Zealthy members”. The product is compounded, and the same page does not say it is not FDA-approved. FDA's March 2026 warning letters to telehealth companies cited claims implying sameness with FDA-approved drugs. We apply this cap to every clinic, partner or not. Read the page (checked 2026-10-03).

Watch out for

(1) TWO CHARGES. The $135/mo membership does not include medication; compounded semaglutide is from $151/mo, and only when you buy a 3-month supply. The page never says whether $151 already includes the membership. (2) THE INTRO DISCOUNT HAS TWO SIZES. The text says "$86 off your first month", which makes it $49; a banner says $96 off. After the first month the membership renews at the full rate. (3) MEDICATION IS FINAL SALE. The policy says "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" for prescriptions, consultation and membership fees are non-refundable, and there is no prorated refund. (4) The Terms say medication costs "may include a markup that covers Zealthy and the Providers' fees". (5) Testimonials are paid, which Zealthy discloses, and the operating company is FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy while the page footer says Zealthy, Inc.
