| Criterion | Weight | Score | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price & value | 25% weight | 8.0 | One flat monthly price per drug at every dose, $99 for semaglutide and $129 for tirzepatide, with no prepaid term. Figures as of 11 October 2026; we could not load Eden's site to re-check them. |
| Clinical oversight | 30% weight | 8.0 | A national network of licensed doctors and nurse practitioners prescribes, with check-ins, clinician messaging and clinician-ordered labs in the price. Docked because recent reviews describe refill check-ins left unanswered for days. |
| Treatment options | 20% weight | 8.5 | Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, plus brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro. No oral route. |
| Transparency & trust | 25% weight | 4.0 | FDA's warning letter of June 2026 about Eden's marketing is still open, which caps this score. Recent reviews describe paid orders that were not sent, the offer page and Terms disagree on membership and on the guarantee, and no state list is published. |

Watch out for
FDA's warning letter of 8 June 2026 (MARCS-CMS 728279) says Eden's website showed "Eden" on labels of drugs it does not compound and called its suppliers FDA-licensed; fda.gov listed no response or close-out on 25 October 2026. Six of the 20 newest one-star Trustpilot reviews (6 September to 21 October 2026) describe charges for medication that was not sent or came late. The compounded offer says there is no membership, but Eden's Terms (section 23) describe one billed apart from medication; ask which applies. The guarantee is 15% in six months on the plan page and 10%, with strict conditions, in the Terms. No state list is published.
