What the price doesn’t say	$159/mo is the semaglutide rate; tirzepatide is $239/mo. The $149/mo quoted for Foundayo (oral orforglipron) is the misleading one. It excludes a $125/mo Shed membership and provider fee paid directly to Shed, so that route is $274/mo all in, the most expensive option here rather than the cheapest.	$149/mo is the membership alone, month to month ($39 for the first month). Medication is billed on top: from $149/mo for the Wegovy pill, $199/mo for the Wegovy pen and $299/mo for Zepbound, so the lowest total is about $298/mo.
