Willow discloses more about who treats you and who fills your prescription than any other clinic in this ranking, which makes the places it slips easier to see. WHAT IT GETS RIGHT, VERIFIED: the legal entity is named with a street address (Willow Health Services, Inc., 8080 Westpark Drive STE 42292, Houston, TX 77063, Texas governing law); all five partner pharmacies are named in the Terms of Service with full addresses and phone numbers (Red Rock Home Pharmacy, Springville UT; Epiq Pharmacy / Epiq Scripts LLC, Richardson TX; Absolute Pharmacy, Lutz FL; The Pharmacy Hub, Miami FL; Empower Pharmacy, Houston TX); 36 physicians are listed by name with MD/DO credentials and individual bio pages including medical school and residencies, headed by a named CMO (Dr. Michael Green, MD, board-certified in Family Medicine and OB/GYN, 30 years); the compounded-drug disclaimer is present verbatim and prominently on every page; and cancellation and refund policies are both published rather than merely asserted. (1) THE 4.9 RATING ON THE PRODUCT PAGES IS NOT WHAT ITS TRUSTPILOT PROFILE SAYS. Willow's product pages display "4.9/5 (2200 + 5 star reviews)". Opened directly on 2026-09-16, trustpilot.com/review/startwillow.com — a profile Willow claimed in December 2024 and pays for a Trustpilot subscription on — reads 3.9 out of 5 across 354 reviews, 114 of them in the last 12 months. The distribution is split rather than merely average: 57% five-star and 32% one-star, with only 11% in between. Willow does not attribute its 4.9 to Trustpilot, so this is not the HumeCare case of displaying a platform's branded score after that platform pulled the record — the profile is live, claimed and rated. But the volume claim is off by more than six times and the rating by a full point against the one independent corpus that exists for this clinic, and Willow replies to 100% of its negative reviews, so it reads them. (2) THE $299 AND $399 HEADLINES ARE ENTRY-DOSE PRICES AND THE PAGES DO NOT SAY SO. See the pricing note for the full ladder: tirzepatide runs $399 at low doses, $499 at 8.5-11 mg, $524 at 13.5 mg and $549 at 17 mg. The escalation is published — in a help-center article on a different host (docs.startwillow.com) and in Terms of Service §5, which promises to disclose the new amount and obtain consent before charging — but nowhere on the product pages, which print one flat number each under the homepage's claim that "Pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees." Since doses are titrated upward as a matter of normal protocol, treat the headline as a starting point. (3) THE STATES LIST CONTRADICTS ITSELF ON THE SAME PAGE. /about carries both a map of served states and a "Don't see your state?" notify-me dropdown. The map colours West Virginia as served; the dropdown lists West Virginia as not served. The map excludes New Mexico and Vermont; the dropdown does not list either. We have recorded the union of both exclusion lists — 14 states — because sending someone into an intake they cannot finish is worse than leaving them off a state page. If you are in West Virginia, New Mexico or Vermont, confirm with Willow before starting. (4) TWO PRICES FOR ONE PRODUCT ON ONE PAGE. /tirzepatide-tablets-marketplace headlines "$399" with both of its own buy buttons reading "$299" immediately below. (5) THE HELP CENTER'S OWN OPENING PRICE IS FOR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT. The pricing article begins "Plans start at $199/month" — $199 is NAD+ injectable, not a weight-loss treatment; the hub page of the same help center says "Start your weight loss journey for just $299/mo". (6) THE MEDICATION LIST ON /contact-us OMITS A PRODUCT IT SELLS. It lists semaglutide injection, semaglutide oral tablets and tirzepatide injection — leaving out tirzepatide tablets, which have their own product page and their own published price. (7) NO LEGITSCRIPT CERTIFICATION CONFIRMED. Willow's footer links to a LegitScript keyword SEARCH for startwillow.com rather than to a certificate, and LegitScript's checker returned 403 to direct lookup and requires a reCAPTCHA in-browser (2026-09-16). We do not assert a certification either way — this is a limit of our check, not a finding against Willow. (8) AN FDA WARNING-LETTER HISTORY AT ONE OF ITS NAMED PHARMACIES, NOT AT WILLOW. See the separate box on this page. WHAT WE CHECKED AND FOUND CLEAN: the FDA warning-letter database returns no letter for "Willow Health Services", "Willow Health" or "startwillow", and none for four of the five named pharmacies (searched fda.gov's own datatables-data endpoint directly, exact-phrase, 2026-09-16); BBB has no profile for Willow Health Services or startwillow.com (searched bbb.org's search API directly, 2026-09-16 — a null result, not a failed search); the Trustpilot profile is live and claimed, not suspended or removed. DISCLOSURE ON OUR SIDE: Willow's Katalys program lists a $315 payout, which we have not yet confirmed is paid on the GLP-1 action, so Willow is excluded from every promoted commercial slot on this site until we do.
