Welludr (formerly Wellmedr)review
Compounded semaglutide from $49/mo (promotional Labor Day rate on 12-month plan; verify current pricing before purchase), Ozempic and Zepbound listed without saying whether they are brand-name or compounded, and a 90-day money-back guarantee.
Formerly Wellmedr. The company now trades as Welludr on the same domain, and its site footer names Welludr LLC. Source, read October 14, 2026.
Welludr still runs its site on wellmedr.com, with its patient login on wellmedr.eonpro.io. Checked on the clinic’s own pages, October 28, 2026.
Scored 7.6/10 · ranked #8 of 51 · from $49/mo on a 12-month prepaid plan at a promotional price · Verified 2026-09-14
What that price doesn’t say: $49/mo is a dated promotion, not a standing rate: a Labor Day offer on a 12-month prepaid plan, stacked with a $150-off-for-life new-customer deal. The standard monthly plan is listed at $299 and sells at $199. Expect this one to have moved. Price read 2026-09-14.

What the score rests on
Classified as first-month-rises. See how we classify every clinic's price →
| Criterion | Weight | Score | What it rests on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price & value | 25% weight | 8.5 | $49/mo is the lowest published figure of any clinic here. The price score has deliberately NOT been re-derived since the figure moved from $59 to $49: the scoring rule compares prices only within the same pricing model, and price stability is undeclared on most clinics, so re-ranking on the number alone would mix promotional rates with permanent ones. |
| Clinical oversight | 30% weight | 7.5 | Board-certified US clinicians through a licensed network, same-day appointment availability, and unlimited messaging with clinicians. LegitScript certified and HIPAA compliant. Marked down against the strongest here because no review turnaround time and no certificate number are published on the page. |
| Treatment options | 20% weight | 7.5 | Offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by injection. It also lists Ozempic and Zepbound, but its page never says whether they are the brand-name products or compounded versions, so we do not credit brand-name access. Scored like other clinics offering two compounded molecules by injection. |
| Transparency & trust | 25% weight | 7.0 | LegitScript and HIPAA badges are shown and the guarantee terms are stated plainly. Marked down for 'starting at' pricing with no visible commitment or term detail, and no founding date or pharmacy licensing state disclosed on the page. A recent addition, so there is no independent track record here yet. |
4 of 4 criteria have a written source.
Watch out for
Welludr lists Ozempic from $1,399 and Zepbound from $1,599 a month, but its page never says whether they are the brand-name products or compounded versions. The cards say only "Contains Semaglutide" and "Contains Tirzepatide", and the page's safety notice says "welludoc offers compounded GLP-1 medications exclusively from licensed U.S. pharmacies." Ask which you would receive before paying.
